How to access the Patient's Personal Account application?

1. To access the Patient's Personal Account, you must contact any of the Group of Companies' clinics;

2. During your visit to the clinic, contact the administrator to connect you to the Personal Account system and sign the Agreement on remote services, including the provision of access to the Personal Account.

3. If you have previously contacted our clinics and executed the Remote Services Agreement, then access to your Personal Account can be provided by calling the hotline at 8-800-700-700-1 (free call).

4. After that, you will be able to manage your profile settings and
use the full functionality of the application, including online appointment booking and reminders about upcoming appointments.
Application users have access to:

- finding the best specialist;
- quick and convenient appointment with a doctor;
- setting up your profile notification system;
- receiving notifications about upcoming events;
- managing the appointment of other family members (children) from one application (multi-account).
